1. AM I ELIGIBLE FOR THE 30 DAY COMPLIMENTARY PRODUCT?
To be eligible for this policy, your vehicle must be less than 10 years old at the time of policy inception and have a purchase price between £5,000 and £150,000. Imported vehicles or those not built for sale in the United Kingdom are not eligible. The vehicle must not be used for hire and reward, short-term self-drive, or any form of competition, including rallying, racing, track days, speed testing, off-road activities, pace making, or reliability trials. Additionally, the vehicle cannot be insured under any motor trade insurance policy or be on a Contract Hire or Lease agreement.
2. HOW DO I ACTIVATE?
Simply speak to your local centre and they will be able to help you set up this 30 day protection.
3. HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO SIGN UP TO THIS FREE PRODUCT?
This product is provided to all eligible customers at the time of the vehicle purchase or up to 30 days post delivery.
4. WHAT HAPPENS AFTER 30 DAYS?
If you do not want to upgrade to a full term paid policy then your policy will expire on day 30 bringing your Total Loss Asset Protection policy to an end.
5. HOW DO I BUY A 36 MONTH POLICY?
We’ll keep you informed throughout your 30-day free policy with details on how you can purchase full cover via email and SMS.

6. HOW DO I MAKE A CLAIM?
As soon as possible after the incident resulting in your car being written off, you should contact us on 0333 0444 702. We'll take some details and manage the claim with you. You can also register a claim here.
7. WHO IS ELIGIBLE FOR A 36 MONTH POLICY?
This additional cover is available when you buy a Lexus with a net invoice price between £5,000 and £150,000. The car must be registered in the UK and you need to have comprehensive car insurance from a UK provider.
You're not eligible for this policy if your vehicle is insured on any type of motor trade insurance policy.
8. HOW DO I CANCEL THIS POLICY?
To cancel this policy, please contact the administrator, Toyota Insurance Management UK Ltd by email at lexus.support@insurethat.com, by telephone at 0333 0444 702, or in writing at Lexus Insurance Services, Stirling House, Sitka Drive, Shrewsbury Business Park, Shrewsbury, Shropshire, SY2 6LG.
9. WHAT ISN’T COVERED
Dealer discounts, government grants and/or scrappage schemes; additional items that appear on the purchase invoice (e.g. paintwork protection, cherished number plate transfers, or fuel); New vehicle registration fees; Vehicle Excess Duty; negative equity transferred from previous vehicle; Modifications made to your vehicle during the period of cover.

11. HOW DOES THE MOTOR EXCESS CONTRIBUTION PAYMENT WORK?
If you incur an excess as part of a total loss motor insurance settlement and we authorise your claim, we’ll pay you up to £250 toward the cost of your motor insurance policy excess.
This benefit is payable only once under this policy.
12. HOW DOES THE TOTAL LOSS ASSISTANCE WORK?
If your vehicle is declared a total loss within the period of cover and we authorise your claim (including if you are entitled to a replacement vehicle under your motor insurance policy), we will pay you £300 to cover any extra expenditure associated with being without a vehicle.
13. HOW DOES THE ADDITIONAL £1,000 REPLACEMENT VEHICLE CONTRIBUTION WORK?
This contribution is only available to you if you purchase your replacement vehicle from the dealer group you purchased your original vehicle from. This will be paid in a voucher format for you to redeem against the purchase of a new vehicle.
